Food vacuum packing machines
Applications
External sack type
Used pumps: ZA.15S, ZA.30P and LB.3-LB.4. The machines are very small, the required pumping speed is not more than 20-25 l/min (max. 1,5 m3/h). The vacuum pump is fitted inside the packing machine. The sack with food is fitted outside the machine and it is connected with a small pipe or hose. When the sack is under vacuum it is sealed with a thermal bar. This type of packing machine is designed to work non continuously.
Internal sack type
Used pumps: from LB.3 up to LC.305. The machines are medium sized or big sized for industry. The vacuum pump is fitted inside the packing machine. The sack with the food is placed inside the machine in a cavity. Operations are as the machine with external sack.
Automatic type (trey)
Used pumps: from LA.12 up to LC.305. The machine fills plastic treys with food like mayonnaise, sea food, etc and then seals it with a film. The vacuum pump is fitted inside the packing machine and it runs continuously.
Automatic type (sack)
Used pumps: LB.100 and over. The machine fills sacks with rice, coffee, cocoa, etc then seals them. The vacuum pump is fitted inside or outside the packing machine and it runs continuously. The packing machine is big.
Automatic type (blister)
Used pumps: LA.12, LB.25, LB.60, LB.100. The machine packs pills, tablets, capsules, with blisters. The vacuum pump is fitted outside the machine and it runs continuously. Others machines are used to pack small pieces like spare parts. In this case the machine is smaller and the used pump too. The pump is fitted inside the machine and works non continuously.
Automatic feeding machines
Used pumps: from SB.6 up to SB.40. The machine feeds other machines with cartons, boxes, cases. The pump is fitted on the machine where it can be seen. The pump is selected referring to how many suction pads are used on the machine and how fast is the cycle.
