The ethos of DVP has for many years been to evolve our production, organisation and logistics to meet the needs of our customers and the constantly changing economic conditions, and to remain at the forefront of competition.

This latest transformation to become a Società Per Azione (S.P.A.) – a Joint Stock Company ( or Limited Liability Partnership ) is our next step to reflect our increased size, new structure and our growth despite the current difficult economic environment in Italy itself and in Europe.

Today we are pleased to announce that DVP has altered its statute to become:

D.V.P. VACUUM TECHNOLOGY S.P.A.


With a capital of:

€1,200,000.00 (paid up Share Capital)


Our Registered office address, our function, fiscal registration, VAT number and company registration number have not changed. The DVP partners, directors, managers of our different departments and our Governance remain the same. Our desire and efforts to improve our products and our commitment to our customers, and to produce quality products on time to meet their needs, is as strong as ever.

We are here for you and want to stay as your supplier of reference, or if we have not yet achieved this position to strive to become so.
